Project Details

The project consists of 419,093 Sq. ft of office space and 11,785 Sq. ft of ground level retail space.

This includes the creation of a double-height entrance and lobby along Ropemaker Street close to Moorgate Tube Station and a separate dedicated cycle entrance.

Occupiable office space will cover 22 floors, with five accessible roof terraces. Three basement levels are provided for retail servicing, plant, facilities management, cycle and shower facilities.

The project has sustainable construction techniques at its heart including efficient use of water and energy; zero waste to landfill; and the use of materials that mitigate the impact of our operations on ecosystems.

Our Contributions

Our contribution mainly involves:

  • Mechanical LTHW & CHW Shell & Core Installation including
    the Fit Out at levels 14 to 25
  • Condenser Water Services pipework system installation
  • Condensate Drainage installation
  • Gas pipework system installation
  • Prefabrication of the Mechanical Services Plant Skids
