Project Details
A luxury hotel is set to open in 2024 in London’s prestigious Mayfair District.
The Grade II listed building will include spacious guest rooms and suites with publicly accessible spaces including a variety of formal and casual dining and entertainment spaces, and a state-of-the-art wellbeing facility to provide guests with a retreat from the busy streets of London. In addition, five flagship retail spaces and a grand ballroom will provide ample space for social activities.
Our Contributions
Our Contribution mainly involves:
- Full Mechanical and Public Health Water Side design and build package
- Mechanical and Public health pipework shell and core installations serving hotel suites

Three of our construction supervisors have won the monthly health and safety award on the project in the duration of eight months
Rapid Installation
All eight dry air coolers have been installed by us in June 2022
