Project Highlights

Partnering with CrossRail

We worked with CrossRail to plan, programme and install pipework connections to the existing district heating systems.

Pipework Design

The district mains penetrates the main reception slab and runs up to the mezzanine level so an eye-catching design was created to disguise this.

Sustainable Materials

All our Public Health Systems used water saving components to achieve a good BREEAM rating.

Sustainable Validation

This project was awarded the first UK BREEAM 2018 New Construction rating of Outstanding.

This was a well-managed and structured project, with all parties, including Crossrail working well together. Our works were completed to a high standard, without defect and using water saving components to achieve a good BREEAM rating. We are particularly delighted by the eye-catching design around the district mains which had to be incorporated into the building.
